Launched in 2021 by Stuart MacGregor who previously worked directly for Eurocell, Stevenswood & Customade Group, we have hands on experience and insights from directly working for the types of businesses that we recruit for - seeing first hand the incredibly positive impact a great hire can make, and also the destructive impact that a poor hire can make.

Yes. MacGregor Recruitment specialises in the UK fenestration sector - we do not operate as a generalist recruitment agency covering multiple unrelated industries. 6. Do you recruit for Senior Management positions?
We typically recruit for roles with salaries in the £35k - £75k range. However for certain specialist, senior or difficult to fill positions a more dedicated executive search project is more appropriate and we’re launching our Executive Search offering to cater for Senior and confidential roles during 2026.
