When we present you to our clients we will look to present your CV but will also give additional information and insights from our conversations. If you do not have an up to date CV we will be pleased to help you prepare a CV

7. Will you be honest about job opportunities?

Yes. We'll always be open and honest about the opportunities we represent and will not overpromise or underdeliver

8. Will you keep me updated throughout the recruitment process?

Yes. We will keep you updated with both good and bad news. We believe candidates should not be left wondering what is happening with their application

9. Will my job search be confidential?

Yes. We understand that many candidates considering a new opportunity will be employed and will not want their current employers to know that they are open to discussing other opportunities. We’ll discuss your circumstances with you and handle your information appropriately throughout the recruitment process.  We won’t send your CV out to companies without discussing it with you first or approach your current employers for a reference, to ensure confidentiality.

10. Will you pressure me to accept a job?

Absolutely not. We will never try to pressure you into full stop. The role and company needs to be right for your next move and we don't pressurise you to accept any interview or job offer.

11. Can MacGregor Recruitment help me find a job if there is no suitable advertised vacancy?

Yes. We may have, or know about, other roles available that are not publicly advertised on our website. If you have experience and skills from the window and door sector we would be very interested to register your details confidentially, discuss your situation and understand what roles could be of interest to you. We can then let you know as roles arise that could be suitable and of interest to you.

12. Can you help me prepare for an interview?

Yes.  We will provide you information about the vacancy and company and also share web links so that you can explore the company that you’re interviewing with. We can also discuss what preparation could be advisable and provide preparation tips and advice.

13. Do you offer a ‘recommend a friend’ bonus?

Yes. Networks and referrals are valued - if you know someone who would be perfect for a role that we're advertising and they’re successful in their application we will give you £350 in vouchers of your choice as a reward!! Terms apply, ask for details.
