Sales Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join a manufacturer and supplier of composite doors.

In our opinion this could be an ideal position for an individual with experience of working as a Sales Order Processor, Technical Order Processor, Customer Service Coordinator, Estimator, Internal Sales Coordinator or Production Administrator within the fenestration industry.

Sales Order Processor role:

• To process customer orders accurately and efficiently using ordering software systems.
• Review order specifications, survey information and technical drawings – checking dimensions, hardware requirements, glazing specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Liaise with customers, installers, surveyors, production teams and suppliers throughout the process
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Monitor order progress and provide customer updates.

Skills & Experience required:

• Previous experience & product knowledge gained within the composite door, window & door sector is essential
• Experience of using Business Micros / Window Designer / First Degree or Windowmaker is highly desirable
• The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail skills and the ability to interpret technical specifications and survey information.
• Strong communication and administration skills and a teamwork approach

Package:

• Salary of £28-32k depending on experience
• 30 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory leave
• Training and development opportunities
• 37.5 hour week working 9-4 Monday-Friday (some flexibility either side of these hours are possible)
