Regional Sales Manager

MacGregor Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join an established and successful manufacturer and supplier of premium uPVC windows & doors.

Operating from a state of the art 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility our client has made multi million investments into state of the art machinery and has a highly skilled workforce producing hand finished quality products and a consistently impressive OTIF performance for their customers.

They now have an opportunity for an experienced and highly capable Sales Manager to join their sales team and develop relationships and sales in the South-East region, which broadly encapsulates Surrey, Sussex, Kent, West Berkshire & South London.

Regional Sales Manager role:

• Reporting to the Sales Director and joining an established Sales team you will build first class relationships with your existing Merchant & Showroom customer base, visiting on a defined schedule
• Working in a strategic partnership with your customers you will work to maximise sales opportunities and increase product sales
• Expertly resolve any queries to ensure a first class customer experience Identify additional new customers, present the products & services and onboard
• Responsible for revenue growth, margins and market share growth
• Typically working 4 days in the field and 1 day working from home, with a weekly sales call

Skills & Experience:

• Significant field sales & account management experience within the B2B window and door trade sales sector
• Experience working in a partnership with distribution customers is an advantage
• The successful candidate will have excellent relationship, communication and customer skills, strong commerciality and a proven experience of revenue growth
• Self driven and sales focused approach
• Driving licence, comfortable with travel

Package:

• Basic salary £55k + commission/bonus scheme
