Aluminium Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Order Processor to join a manufacturer of aluminium bifold doors, entrance doors, sliding patio doors and windows based in the (West) Greater Manchester area.

The business is expanding, a focus on quality and a great team culture. The role includes:

Order Processor role:

• Using LOGIKAL to process Aluminium window & door sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Producing manufacturing specifications and paperwork
• Checking dimensions, configurations, colours, glass and hardware requirements
• Liaising with customers and the sales team to clarify order details
• Working closely with the production and installation teams
• Ensuring orders are processed within agreed timescales
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies before orders reach production

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of aluminium windows and doors and using LogiKal software is essential
• Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to understand technical drawings
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary is anticipated as in the region of £30-40k depending on experience.
