Internal Sales Executive

MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join an established manufacturer and supplier to trade of fenestration products based in the Preston area. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales this is an office based proactive sales role where you will support the companies growth by developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• To make outbound prospecting calls to potential and lapsed customers, introducing the companies products & services
• Generate customer engagement, sales opportunities, book appointment and qualifying leads
• Manage call campaigns, prospect data and accurately maintain the CRM
• Manage and respond to inbound enquiries, clarifying requirements and progressing them to order
• Build and maintain strong relationships with active and prospective customers
• Follow up quotations and work closely with the quotation and sales teams

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of the fenestration, roofing, conservatory roof or wider construction products industry is essential
• Experience of outbound sales or lead generation within an internal sales, sales support or similar role is highly desirable
• Experience handling customer enquiries and building positive customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and confident making outbound calls
• Previous experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Package:

• Salary of £29,500 - £32,500 DOE plus a monthly new business commission scheme
• Working hours are 08.30-17.00 Monday-Thursday and 07.30-16.00 Fridays
