Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Order Processor to join a busy and expanding commercial and residential window, door & curtain wall installation business based in the Rochester area. 

Order Processor role: 

• Joining a growing business you will be respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and advice as required
• Check specifications and process accurate pvcu and aluminium window and door quotations and orders using online quoting packages 
• Checking prices and sending orders to 3rd party suppliers as required 
• Maintaining great relationships with customers and suppliers 
• Wider administrative support to the business including answering incoming calls, responding to customers., following up quotes, booking goods in and updating customers

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and doors using online quoting and ordering systems is essential 
• An understanding of window and door products and relevant regulations
• Experience of commercial projects is an advantage, but not essential 
• The successful candidate will be methodical, accurate & efficient in approach and have great people skills
• Own transport is highly advantageous  

Salary: 

• Salary band is to £35k depending on skills & experience 
• After passing probation there is some flexibility regarding working hours - ie 7-3 or 9.30-5.30 requests will be considered
• 29 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
