We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager to join an established international manufacturer of premium fenestration hardware, to continue to build the presence and sales in the UK.

 

Our client is an independently owned B2B company with over 75 years in business, operating internationally. They engineer, manufacture and supply their own award-winning folding and sliding doors and hardware to a client base that includes trade distributors, window & door fabricators and also via installer companies and architect clients.

 

Operating in the UK for 5 years this is an excellent opportunity to join at an early stage of market development and help to shape the long-term success in the UK.

 

The Role:

  • Reporting to and working closely with the UK Sales Manager you will expertly account manage existing customers, building relationships and developing sales
  • New business development – to identify business opportunities across key market segments, establishing channel partnerships
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with fabricators, installers, dealers, architects, and specifiers
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth and build a sustainable customer base
  • Provide product expertise and support to customers and partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience

 

 Skills & Experience:

  • Significant B2B sales experience - ideally within the window & door, façade systems or architectural products
  • Experience working with partners, dealers, or distribution channels
  • Strong ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Commercially aware, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of a developing market

 Package:

  • Basic salary £45-53k DOE,  bonus structure & car allowance
