We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Sales Manager to join a highly successful manufacturer and supplier of timberwindows and doors. 

 

Our client is very established and delivers high quality products across a wide range of sectors that includes commercial retail and offices developments, industrial, health and education sectors, regeneration projects and residential new build and refurbishment projects.

 

The Role:

  • To develop relationships and sales opportunities across the central belt & Scotland  
  • Build strong and effective relationships with procurement teams, architects & contractors
  • Assess project technical, certification / regulation specifications, budgets and programmes and provide appropriate project solutions
  • Convert tenders and proposals into sales orders and achieve sales targets
  • Identify opportunities and track progress through to completion
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and events as required

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant sales experience within the timber window and door sector is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of certification standards & regulations
  • Strong people, relationship building and verbal / written communication skills
  • The successful candidate will also be exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple projects, with strong attention to detail skills

 

Package:

  • Basic salary £60-£70k DOE plus bonus structure & company car

 

Locations:

  • We have live BDM opportunities in London, Manchester & Scotland
  • However we would also be pleased to receive and consider applications from across the UK.
