Trade Branch Assistant

MacGregor Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced Trade Branch Assistant in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity to join an established and highly successful manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade, with multiple trade branches across the UK.
Branch Assistant role:
- Joining a branch team of 4 you will help ensure that the trade customers receive an excellent service
- Building great customer relationships, answering face to face and email enquiries and recommending products
- Processing window & door quotations using a window designer system, process orders and take payments
- Support with branch sales by chasing up quotes given and outbound calls to lapsed and potential customers
- Administration, arranging deliveries / collections, updating customers and helping the branch operations
Skills & Experience:
- Product knowledge of upvc / aluminium windows and doors is essential
- Experience of processing quotes and orders using window designer / business micros or similar
- Good customer service, communication and rapport building skills
- Proactive in approach, with good team working skills
The Package:
- Salary circa £27k plus a monthly branch bonus scheme
- 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total)
- Monday to Friday working (08.00-17.00 Mon-Thur, 4PM finish on Fridays)
