A driven sales professional looking for an opportunity to join a growing and ambitious manufacturer in the fenestration sector?

 

MacGregor Recruitment are working in partnership with a manufacturer based in West Yorkshire that fabricates and supplies high quality fenestration products to a wide range of trade counters, showrooms and installers. The business is dynamic, investing in machinery, has backing and is growing. 

 

They have now created a new opportunity for a field sales professional with a track record of winning business in the window & door trade sector. The role will primarily be to continue winning business and growing the customer base, with an initial focus across Yorkshire, the North-West and the Midlands.

 

It is anticipated that the role will typically be field based sales 4 days a week with one day a week working from site alongside the business owners and being involved with sales strategy & working with the business, as well as appointment setting and preparing quotations and sales administration.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of field sales success within the b2b window & door sector is essential
  • Specific success of selling and supplying products into distributors is highly desirable
  • Strong rapport, communication, relationship building skills and a strong customer focus
  • Commercial in approach with good negotiation skills
  • Self motivated, resilient and driven to achieve success
  • Valid driving licence and comfortable with regular travel across the region 

 

Package:

£45k basic with an excellent commission / bonus structure that rewards success. Car allowance
