Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment are working on behalf of an independently owned trade counter business based in Bristol that supply a wide range of windows & doors to trade. A successful and profitable business experienced sustained growth they now have an opportunity for an additional order processor to join the branch team.  

Order Processor role: 

• Working as part of the trade branch team you will respond to enquiries, check specifications / requirements and process window and door quotations using a window designer style program
• Chase up quotes, confirm and process customer orders and take payments 
• Liaise with suppliers, update customers and provide a great customer service 
• Meet and greet customers in the trade counter and support the day to day branch operations as required 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and/or doors is essential 
• Familiarity with Window Designer or similar is highly advantageous 
• A methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail to minimise any errors 
• Strong people and communication skills 
• A great team player with a positive customer service approach 

Salary: 

• Basic salary of £30k + uncapped commission structure - giving an OTE of £40k  
• 28 days annual leave, including statutory
