Office Manager
MacGregor Recruitment have an opportunity for an Office Manager to join our client, a highly successful and established manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade.
You will oversee the Customer Services and Order Processing departments, ensuring that a good customer experience is delivered and that service level agreements are consistently achieved.
Office Manager role:
- Supported by 2 x team leaders to lead the day to day operations of the Customer Service and Sales Order processing teams
- Build good customer relations, resolving any escalated issues effectively as they arise
- Implement effective methods and strategies to enhance performance, productivity & profitability
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between functions.
- Analyse data to create action plans & monitor KPIs
- A hands on role, you will also support and work alongside the CS and SOP teams as required
Skills & Experience
- Order processing and Customer Service experience within the window / door sector is essential
- Specific experience of quotations and order processing using a window designer is essential
- Excellent people, rapport building, communication and problem-solving skills are critical
- The successful candidate will be customer centric in approach, analytical, self motivated, process driven and have strong leadership skills
- Experience of working with ERPs and CRMs and excellent computer skills.
Package:
The role is offered with a salary to £43k DOE working Monday to Friday at the Offices in Stoke.
