Assistant Manager - Trade Windows

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established multi site business that supplies a wide range of windows & doors to trade, and who have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager to help lead the day to day operations of an established trade branch based in Poole.  

Branch Manager role:

• Working closely with the Branch Manager this is a hands on role where you will help ensure that the branch runs effectively and achieves budgets 
• Answering queries, recommending products, building great relationships with customers and helping to ensure that a great customer service is delivered 
• Processing quotes, orders and payments, arranging collections / deliveries, goods in and helping with goods in/out as required 
• Opening/closing, banking and running the branch in the manager absence 

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of the window and door trade supply sector and window quoting is essential 
• Supervisory experience is advantageous 
• Great people and communication skills - the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships
• The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric, proactive in approach, and commercial in approach 
• Driving Licence 

Package:

• Salary circa likely £30-32k - depending on skills and experience 
• Monday to Friday working pattern
