Sales Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor / Trade Branch Assistant to join an established trade counter branch that supplies a wide range of windows and doors to trade. 

Sales Order Processor role: 

• A customer facing role within a trade branch you will respond to customer enquiries and emails
• Accurately process window quotations and orders using Window Designer, checking specifications and details as required 
• Chase up quotes, confirm orders and take payments 
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers and customers as required
• Providing a high quality customer service

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and/or doors is essential 
• Familiarity with Window Designer or similar is highly advantageous 
• A methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail to minimise any errors 
• A great team player with a positive approach and great people and communication skills

Salary: 

• Salary is anticipated as £26.5k-£30k, depending on skills and experience 
• Working hours are 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday
• 28 days annual leave, including statutory
