Sales Manager - B2C domestic
MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We are working with a leading independent supply and installation company based in the East Midlands area, known for their high-quality windows, composite doors, conservatories and warm roofs.
The business is successful and growing, and they now have a great opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team based out of their showroom in Derby and to develop Sales with the domestic sector across the region.
Sales Manager role:
- You will be supported by receiving leads which you will qualify and book on average 2-3 appointments a day
- You’ll be visiting customers in their homes across the East Midlands, helping them find the perfect windows, doors, conservatories for their home
- Support with the initial measuring and quoting using an online portal, negotiating and securing orders
- You will and then arrange for the surveyor and fitting teams from there once the order is placed
- Meeting customers within the showroom, discussing their needs and suitable options
What You’ll Need:
- Previous B2C sales experience with residential customers within the window and door sector is essential
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills, with a natural sales flair
- Good attention to detail, numeracy and commercial acumen
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new systems
- A valid driving license for traveling to appointments.
The Package:
- The role is offered as a permanent full time position with a basic salary of circa £25-£28,000 + commission – an OTE of £70k no cap on what you can earn!
- An electric car is available (or the choice of using your own car)
- 22 days annual leave plus statutory
