Trade Branch Assistant

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Branch Assistant with experience of the window & door sector to join a successful trade branch based in Swadlincote that supplies a wide range of windows, doors and plastics to trade. The business is an independent company with multiple branches with a great 'team' culture! 

Branch Manager role:

• A hands on role within a trade branch where you will help run the day to day branch operations
• Building relationships with customers, dealing with enquiries and ensuring that they receive a great customer experience
• Processing window and door quotations and orders, taking payments and arranging deliveries / collections 
• Goods in/out, helping customers load their vans and managing the warehouse 
• Assist with the opening & closing of the branch as required 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of windows, doors & building plastics, ideally within a trade counter environment 
• Specific experience of processing quotes & orders using a window designer system is highly desirable, but training can be provided 
• Great people and communication skills - the ability to build and develop great customer relationships
• The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric and proactively helpful in approach!
• Driving Licence 

Package:

• £28-30k depending on experience  
• Monday to Friday plus Sat AM on a 2 week rota
