Trade Branch Manager

Trade window supply / sales experience and looking to open and manage a brand new trade counter branch opening in Launceston? 

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We have a great opportunity to join a fantastic independently owned business that is expanding and opening new trade branches as Branch Manager to open, develop and grow a brand new trade branch opening soon in Launceston, Cornwall. 

With a competitive base salary of £28k this is an opportunity where you will be directly rewarded for your success of the business you manage - you will be paid a monthly commission/bonus based on a % of the previous months sales turnover. Uncapped, the higher the branch turnover, the more you earn!  

Branch Manager role:

• A hands on role you will build relationships with your customers and deliver an amazing customer experience
• Run the day to day branch operations - answer customer queries, process & chase up quotes, process orders, take payments and organise deliveries and resolve any issues that arise 
• Open/close the branch, goods in & out, warehouse management and ensure a H&S environment 
• Negotiate margins and develop sales 

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of Trade Window sales and window / door product knowledge is essential
• Window order processing skills is highly advantageous  
• Great people, rapport & relationship building skills - able to get on with customers and build trusting relationships 
• A proactive approach, commercial and sales minded - motivated by developing your branch and maximising your commission!

The Package:

• Basic £28k DOE - with uncapped OTE. 
• Monthly bonus scheme where you will earn 0.5% of your monthly sales, increasing to 1% of the branch monthly sales when it surpasses £80k monthly turnover
• 4 weeks holiday + Christmas shut down week off + 8 day statutory holiday 
• 07.30-16.30 Monday to Friday - no evenings or Saturday working!
