Window Installer (Aluminium)

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector.  We are supporting a independent and highly successful window and door installation business who are looking to appoint 4 x experienced window and conservatory roof installers.

The company is a highly professional and accredited installation business with multiple fitting teams that install a range of aluminium and upvc windows, composite doors and solid conservatory roofs to residential customers, new build developments and also architectural glazing projects.

This is a permanent PAYE position with a small but growing and highly professional business, with future progression opportunities anticipated within the company.

Window Installer role:

• Reporting to the depot to pick up all materials and to then travel to site across the Midlands and to fit windows, doors and conservatory roofs
• Ensure that all products are fitted to the highest possible standard
• Report any product / fit issues or faults for swift remedy
• Ensure that the client has a first class install experience
• Communicate well with colleagues as required
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment at all times

 Skills & Experience required:

• Significant experience fitting windows and doors consistently to a high standard is essential
• Specific experience of fitting Aluminium products and Solid conservatory roofs is essential
• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great customer service skills
• Hours are Monday to Friday but flexibility to work hours as per the job requirements
• Working well within a team, comfortable working solo
• Driving licence is essential

The Package:

£32-£45k depending on skills & experience. Bonus scheme use of company vehicle.
