Order Processor

My client are an established manufacturer and supplier of uPVC windows and doors based in the North Nottinghamshire area. A successful and expanding independent business they now have an excellent opportunity for an Order Processor to join their team! 

The Role:

• Supporting customers you will order process window and door quotations and orders 
• Check and interpret order specifications, querying and gathering additional information if required
• Input orders into a window design programme
• Liaise with internal teams and management teams as required
• Providing high quality customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows, doors or glazing is highly advantageous 
• Proactive and able to manage own workload
• A methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail to minimise errors 
• A great team player with a positive approach
• Excellent people and communication skills

Salary is anticipated as £27-28k DOE
