An accomplished fenestration sales professional looking for an opportunity to work with specialist premium products and part of a high performance team?

 

MacGregor recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a successful fenestration Business Development Manager to join an established and successful specialist business as National Sales Manager.

National Sales Manager role:

Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director you will have a National role, expertly account managing and supporting exiting customers, and identifying and maximising new business opportunities. This will include specified sales opportunities and relationship building with potential clients directly.

 

You will develop and execute effective sales strategies, attend client meetings and deliver presentations, negotiate and close agreement and provide updates and product training sessions.

 

In the early stages of joining the company you will be encouraged to work from their offices 2 days a week to immerse yourself with the products features & benefits, build trusting team relationships and be able to articulate and be enthused about the value proposition to potential clients.

 

The role also has development potential, potentially expanding in remit to increase line managing a small team of specialist sales managers.

 

The Person:

Will have a proven track record of success within a fenestration field sales sector The successful candidate will also be a first-class communicator and relationship builder - able to build and maintain confidence and trust with customers by acting professional, transparently and supportively at all times Keen to learn, technically minded and solutions driven – motivated to deliver a brilliant customer experience A positive, can do, enthusiastic, ‘glass half full’ and passionate approach Commerciality and excellent negotiation skills This is a UK wide role so organisational skills are critical, and being open and willing to do significant travel that involves regular overnight stays will be required

 

The Package:

A competitive salary + bonus scheme + car. 20 days holiday increasing to 25 plus statutory (plus your birthday off!), private healthcare
