BDM - UK opportunities

Field Sales experience within the fenestration/window & door trade supply sector?

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We are working with a number of established window & door manufacturers and suppliers who are looking to recruit experienced and talented Sales Managers to develop sales and relationships across the UK.  

We have opportunitites in Scotland, Northern England, Midlands & the South. 

Business Development Manager role:

As a BDM you will work closely with the Sales Director and strategically manage your region - building and strengthening customer relationships in order to retain and develop key accounts. You will also identify potential customers and build relationships, leveraging opportunitites to present solutions and onboard new customers. 

The Person:

If you have a successful track record of field sales within the window and door trade supply sector, winning new customers and beating targets and are open to new opportunities we want to speak with you!  The successful candidate will also likely have excellent people, rapport building and communication skills, and is organised, self motivated and driven in approach. 

The Package:

Currenty available packages are typically £45-55k plus bonus + car/allowance
