Business Development Executive
MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We have a great opportunity for Business Development Executive to join our client, a fast growing and leading manufacturer of high end fenestration products based in the Morecombe area.
Business Development Executive role:
- An office based sales position where you will receive and respond to inbound telephone and email enquiries about products and prices
- Set up and onboard new customers
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers by email and telephone, introducing the company and look to gain quoting opportunities or to arrange visits for the field based sales team
- Update the CRM system
Skills & Experience:
- Great customer service approach and previous experience of outbound sales calls is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great rapport building skills
- Comfortable using the telephone to make outbound sales calls
- Good IT skills
- Specific experience within the window and door sector is an advantage but not essential as training can be provided
Package:
An attractive basic salary plus a commission based incentive scheme. 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
The working hours are 07.30-16.30, apart from Wednesdays which are 07.00-16.00.
