Business Development Manager - upvc windows

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a BDM / Sales Manager to develop relationships and sales opportunities with trade window suppliers and fitters across Scotland. 

Our client is a large, established and successful organisation that extrudes PVCu profiles, fabricates and supplies upvc windows and doors to trade customers across the UK. 

As the Business Development Manager for Scotland you will identify and engage with potential customers. Through face to face meetings with prospective customers to discuss their needs you will outline the solutions and service offering, leverage sales opportunities and negotiate terms that benefit both parties.  

Skills & Experience:

• Solid sales experience within the pvcu window trade supply sector is essential
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills - with the sales ability to win new accounts 
• The successful candidate will be highly dynamic, self motivated and results-driven in approach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Full, clean driving license

 Package:

• A highly competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience, with an anticipated salary band in the region of £50-55k DOE
• Choice of car allowance / company car
