Established for over 20 years our client are a manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade and also to window fabricators. With multiple factories and solid performance and good customer retention, they are a recognisable brand name within the sector.

 

Building on their success our client is establishing a field based sales team across the UK to win new customers and further expand their operations in the following regions:

 

  • Sales Manager – South East region
  • Sales Manager - South West region
  • Sales Manager – Midlands region
  • Sales Manager – Scotland

 

As the Sales Manager for your region your primary role will be to build relationships with potential trade customers, understand their needs, present solutions and onboard new customers. You will also look to increase sales opportunities with existing customers where possible. The role is anticipated to likely be 4 days a week as a minimum in the field.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous field based Sales experience and success within the fenestration / window & door trade supply sector is essential
  • Great people and communication skills
  • The successful candidate will be organised, self-motivated and have the natural sales ability to identify and close sales opportunities
  • Valid driving licence

 

Package:

  • The salary will be highly competitive and commensurate with skills, experience and ability - anticipated basic of £45-60k DOE plus a bonus scheme of up to £24k on top
  • Electric company car
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus statutory
