Branch Manager - upvc Windows

Great opportunity to lead a window and door trade supply branch based near Manchester! 

MacGregor Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Trade Counter Branch Manager on behalf of our client who are a highly successful supplier of windows and doors to trade. 

Our client are a highly successful manufacture and supply business that has multiple trade branches and a good reputation. They are now looking to appoint a Branch Manager to lead and develop their trade counter branch based between Bolton /Manchester.  

Branch Manager role:

• Manage and develop a 4 person branch team to ensure that customers receive a first class customer service experience
• Develop great relationships with customers and prospective customers
• As a team to chase up quotes and proactively contact prospective customers to introduce the business
• Negotiating, onboarding new customers and developing sales opportunities 
• A hands on role you will answer customer queries, process quotes & orders, goods in/out and ensure that the branch standards and operations are maintained at all times 
• Key holder, banking, reporting of figures etc

Branch Manager Skills & Experience:

• Specific knowledge of window and door products / trade supply is essential 
• Management experience and a proven track record of developing business within a trade supply environment is highly desirable 
• Great people skills - able to develop strong and trusting relationships with customers and your team 
• A sales driver, commercial and driven in approach
• A hands on team player 

The Package:

• Basic of £35-£36.5k DOE + a monthly bonus scheme (Pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target) 
• 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total) 
• Monday to Friday working - no evenings or saturday working!
