Sales Advisor / Internal Sales

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Trade Sales Advisor / Internal Sales Assistant on behalf of our client who are an established and successful supplier of windows and doors to trade with multiple locations across the UK.  Due to continued sales growth they are expanding the team at their busy Lincoln trade branch and have an opportunity for an additional person to join the team!

The role:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a team of 5 you will support trade customers by answering queries face to face, over the telephone and email, and help to deliver an excellent customer service
• Make outbound B2B telephone calls to potential businesses who would use the products to introduce the business and look for quoting opportunities 
• Process window & door quotations and orders using Evolution (training will be provided) and take payments 
• Administration, arranging deliveries / collections and updating customers 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous B2B telesales / outbound telephone calls experience is essential 
• A customer service approach and great relationship building skills - the ability to easily develop rapport with customers
• A proactive team approach
• IT confident
• Willing to learn new products and systems

The Package:

• £24,150 basic
• Monthly branch bonus scheme - pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target
• 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total) 
• Monday to Friday working - no evenings or saturday working!
