MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a successful manufacturer and supplier of high-quality aluminium bi-folding doors, windows and roof lanterns.

BDM role:

A field based role to develop relationships and sales within the South West region with distribution trade counters/show rooms and also direct supply to end user customers. You will present the products, discuss the technical aspects and performance, and negotiate supply terms.

Skills & Experience:

• Field sales experience and success within the fenestration sector is essential
• Experience and knowledge of Aluminium products is highly desirable
• Excellent people, relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal) 
• The successful person will be able to work effectively autonomously, with good self motivation and organisational skills
• The role is a field based sales position where face to face meetings are a significant feature of the role, so travel will be a feature of the role 

The Package:

• Basic salary 40k basic plus excellent bonus scheme
• £6k car allowance p.a.
• 22 days annual leave plus statutory
