A great opportunity to join an established and successful manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade as a Business Development Manager for the new build sector.

 As a Business Development Manager focusing on B2B relationships, you will be instrumental in developing relationships and sales opportunities with existing and new clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring a great customer experience.

 

The role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities 
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize opportunities to achieve targets W
  • ork closely with existing customers to understand their requirements and maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and any issues
  • Negotiate and close deals in a manner that benefits both the company and the customer

 

Skills & Experience:

  • A strong understanding of the windows and door sector, with field based sales and account management experience
  • Experience gained within the new build housing sector is essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and maintaining high-quality customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Full, clean driving license.

  

Package:

  • Basic £40-50k DOE + bonus scheme + Car allowance
