A great opportunity to join an established and successful manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade as a Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager focusing on B2B relationships, you will be instrumental in developing relationships and sales opportunities with existing and new trade customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring a great customer experience.
The role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Midlands and Northern regions
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize opportunities to achieve targets
- Work closely with existing customers to understand their requirements and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and any issues
- Negotiate and close deals in a manner that benefits both the company and the customer
Skills & Experience:
- A strong understanding of the windows and door sector, with field based sales and account management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and maintaining high-quality customer relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently. Full, clean driving license.
