Business Development Manager - New Build
MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a successful and expanding fenestration business who fabricate and supply a wide range of windows and doors across the UK.
Our client have created a new opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the business with the remit of developing relationships and sales opportunities within the new build housing sector.
The role is to cover Scotland and so the successful candidates location is flexible, however the central belt is particularly well placed.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable sales development success within the fenestration / window supply sector is essential
- Specific experience of working within the new build housing sector is also essential
- Excellent people and relationship building skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Self motivated, organised, and the drive to succeed
- Travel will be a significant part of the role
- A valid driving licence
Package:
- Basic salary circa £50k DOE
- Bonus scheme
- Company car
