Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for an experience Order Processor on behalf of our client who are an established and highly successful manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade.  

Order Processor:

• Working as part of a large order processing team within a modern office environment you will support customers by accurately an efficiently processing quotes and orders
• Process quotations and orders of windows and doors using window designer
• Query specifications, liaise with manufacturing and update customers as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and doors with a window manufacturer or trade counter is highly advantageous
• An accurate and detailed approach to work, to ensure order processing is accurate 
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy 
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer centric approach 
• Good IT skills  

The Package:

• Basic £25-£27k DOE 
• 28 days annual leave (including statutory days) plus additional entitlement after 2 years service 
• 08.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday, 15.30 finish on Fridays
