Branch Manager - Windows & Plastics

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an successful and expanding multi-branch trade counter business that supply a wide range of windows, doors and building plastics to trade. Our client are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager with window and door trade knowledge, and who has the passion and motivation to launch and develop their brand new branch opening soon in Chorley!

Branch Manager role:

• To build and develop relationships with your customers and potential customers, answering enquiries, providing quotes and ensuring a fantastic customer experience every time
• Leading and inspiring a branch team of 3, you will oversee the day to day branch operations and ensure that the branch sales develop in line with budgets 
• A hands on role where you will help to process upvc / aluminium window & door orders, chase up quotes, arrange collections / deliveries, help with goods in/out as required and swiftly resolve any issues that arise 
• Supporting and developing your team, training and coaching as required 
• Opening, closing, banking and reporting branch figures 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous trade counter management experience within the window & door trade supply sector is essential 
• Knowledge of roofline plastics and EPDM products is advantageous, but product training can be provided 
• Strong people skills - the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships
• The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric and have the commerciality and sales flair to spot and develop commercial opportunities 
• Driving Licence 

Package:

• Basic to £30k DOE + monthly bonus scheme (OTE £35,400)
• Hours are 07.30-16.30 Mon-Thur, 07.30-16.00 Friday and Sat AM on a rota.
