Business Development Manager

Field Sales experience within the fenestration/window & door trade supply sector?

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a successful manufacturer and supplier of high-quality aluminium fenestration products. With new products launching they are looking to appoint a sales professional for their South England region.

BDM role:

Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Sales, you will develop relationships and sales predominantly with merchants and showrooms, supported by an internal sales team. A field based sales role you will be present the products, discuss the technical aspects and performance and negotiate supply terms.

The Person:

Field sales experience and success within the fenestration sector is essential A technical, product based sales approach is highly desirable Strong people, relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)  The successful person will be able to work effectively autonomously, with good self motivation / work ethic and organisational skills The role is a field based sales position where face to face meetings are a significant feature of the role, so travel and some over-night stays will be a feature of the role 

The Package:

Basic salary circa £45k basic (£40-50k potentially DOE)  Bonus scheme of up to £10k a year on top of the basic  Company car  25 days annual leave, plus statutory
