Business Development Manager

Field Sales experience within the fenestration/window & door trade supply sector?

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a successful manufacturer and supplier of high-quality window and door products with a great reputation in the industry, and to develop stromg relationships with new and existing customers across the South East region. 

BDM role:

• Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Director you will develop relationships and sales opportunities with potential trade customers across the South East region
• Strong account management of existing customers, identifying additional sales opportunities 
• Supported by an internal sales team you will also self generate and develop leads 

Skills & Experience:

• A successful track record of developing sales within the trade window sector is essential
• Excellent people and rapport building skills - able to open doors 
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• The successful person will be able to work effectively autonomously, with good self motivation / work ethic and organisational skills
• The role is a field based sales position where face to face meetings are a significant feature of the role

The Package:

• Basic salary circa £45k-55k plus a bonus scheme of up to £10k a year on top of the basic
• Company car 
• 25 days annual leave, plus statutory
