Trade Branch Assistant / Sales (Windows & Doors)

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Trade Branch Assistant / Sales person on behalf of our client, an established and successful supplier of windows and doors to trade with multiple trade branches across the UK. 

The role:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a team of 5 within the trade branch you will support trade customers by answering queries face to face, over the telephone and by email, delivering a great customer experience 
• You will be trained to process window & door quotations using a window designer programme, process orders and take payments 
• You'll also help support the growth of the branch by making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them off offers, look for quoting opportunitites and to make them aware of the companies services and product offering  
• Administration, arranging deliveries / collections, updating customers and helping the branch operations 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous customer service and telephone based sales experience is essential 
• Specific experience within the window and door trade supply sector is an advantage, but not essential 
• A customer service approach and great relationship building and communicaton skills - the ability to easily develop rapport with customers
• A proactive team approach
• IT confident and willing to learn new products and systems

The Package:

• £25,500 plus a monthly branch bonus scheme - pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target
• 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total) 
• 08.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday, 4PM finish on Fridays - no evenings or saturday working!
