We are recruiting for an Internal Sales / Business Development specialist on behalf of our client, an established, successful and award winning manufacturer and supplier of windows, doors and conservatories across the UK.

Internal Sales / Business Development Erole:
- This is an office based role where you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the business
- Part of the sales team you will make outbound calls to current, lapsed and potential customers to introduce the business and its product ranges and to generate leads and interest
- A strong relationship builder you will look to discover what products they purchase and from where, and identify opportunities to supply and/or increase their spend across additional product categories
- You will chase up quotes given, set up new customer accounts and appointment set for the external sales team where a face to face meeting is required
The Person:
- Previous telephone based B2B sales experience is essential
- Experience gained within the window and door trade supply sector is required
- CRM experience
- The successful candidate will have excellent people, rapport building and communication skills and be sales orientated
- Disciplined, well organised and good attention to detail
- A positive self starter, enthusiastic and collaborative
Package:
The salary is anticipated circa £30k plus monthly bonus scheme of up to £1k – giving an OTE in the region of £42k
