Branch Assistant / Sales

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration and window & door trade branch sectors. 

We are pleased to be recruiting for a Branch Assistant / Trade Sales Assistant on behalf of our client, who are an established and successful multi branch UK supplier of windows and doors to trade, and who have an opportunity to join their Sheffield branch! 

The role:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a small team you will help to continue the growth of the branch through outbound B2B telephone calls to potential businesses in order to raise awareness and gain quoting opportunities 
• Based within the trade branch you will also support customers by answering queries  - face to face, over the telephone and via email - and help to deliver an excellent customer experience 
• You will also be trained to process window & door quotations and orders using Evolution 
• Support with branch administration, arranging deliveries / collections and updating customers as required 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous B2B telesales / outbound telephone calls experience is essential 
• A customer service approach and great communication and people skills - the ability to easily develop rapport with customers
• A proactive team approach
• IT confident and willing and able to learn new products and systems

The Package:

• £24,150 basic
• Monthly branch bonus scheme - pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target
• 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total) 
• Monday to Friday working - no evenings or saturday working!
