Our default recruitment service which is designed to provide a thorough search of both active and passive candidates and a thorough selection process to ensure that only relevant and qualified candidates are presented to you.

We will initially look to understand the requirements of the role and life at your business to be able to build an accurate profile for the role, and to be able to effectively articulate to them why they should move to join your team. We will then:

  • Contact our extensive network about the opportunity 
  • Advertise the role on our website, multiple job boards and social media channels 
  • Search & approach candidates on a variety of job boards
  • Search & approach potential candidates on LinkedIn using Inmails
  • Detailed telephone / video call interviews of potential candidates to assess their experience, personality, drivers and situation
  • Highly selective short listing, only presenting relevant candidate CVs and accompanied with a detailed synopsis
  • Hande the interview scheduling and job offer
  • Support the candidate with their resignation, maintaining contact during the notice period and initial onboarding phase and help to handle counter offers
