Branch Manager

MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity to join a successful multi-site business that supply a wide range of windows, doors & building plastics to trade, and to lead the day to day branch operations of their Chesterfield branch. 

Branch Manager role:

• To lead the day to day operations of an established trade branch based in Chesterfield
• Building relationships with customers and ensuring that they receive a great experience every time
• Business development activities to grow your customer base and branch sales in line with budgets
• Leading a small team, training, directing activities and ensuring the smooth running of the branch
• A hands on role where as a team you will process quotes and orders, take payments, make calls to chase up quotes, arrange collections / deliveries, and help with goods in/out as required 
• Opening, closing, banking and reporting branch figures 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous trade counter supervisory / management experience is essential
• Specific experience and knowledge of the building plastics and/or window & door sector is essential
• Great people and communication skills - the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships
• The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric, proactive in approach and commercially minded 
• Driving Licence 

Package:

• OTE of £34k - comprising a basic of £30-32k DOE + £2k bonus scheme 
• Monday to Friday opening times
