Assistant Manager
MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for an Assistant Manager on behalf of an established and rapidly expanding business that supply a wide range of windows & doors and building plastics to trade.
My client are a privately owned independent business with an existing branch network across the UK and are on the cusp of a major expansion programme - a great time to join an expanding business with excellent career progression prospects as the business grows.
Assistant Manager role:
- A hands on role where you will help run the day to day operations of a new trade branch in Leeds
- Building relationships with customers, answering queries and ensuring that they receive a great customer experience
- A hands on role where you will process quotes, orders and payments, chase up quotes, arrange collections / deliveries, and help with goods in/out as required
- Opening & closing the branch in the managers absence
Skills & Experience:
- Previous trade counter experience within the windows and/or building plastics trade sector is essential
- Supervisory experience an advantage
- Strong people, communication & relationship building skills
- Organised, customer focused, proactive in approach, and commercial in approach
- Driving Licence is essential
Package:
- Basic anticipated as circa £28-31k DOE
- Monday to Friday plus Sat AM on a rota
