Branch Assistant - Windows & Doors

MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Branch Assistant on behalf of our client who are an established and successful supplier of windows and doors to trade with locations across the UK.  The branch is performing very strongly since opening on 2023 and they now have an an opportunity for an individual with window and door experience to join the team!

Branch Assistant role:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager you will support trade customers by answering customer queries (face to face, over the telephone and email) and to help the branch to deliver a great service
• Process window & door quotations and orders using Evolution and take payments 
• Outbound calls to customers to follow up quotes and also to introduce the business to potential new customers 
• Arranging deliveries / collections and updating customers 
• A hands on role supporting the branch operations as required 

Skills & Experience:

• Product knowledge of Windows & Doors is essential  
• Good customer service skills and the confidence to make outbound calls to customers 
• Great people and communication skills is key - able to develop rapport and great relationships with customers
• A proactive team approach
• IT confident and willing to learn new products and systems

The Package:

• £24k basic
• Monthly branch bonus scheme - pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target
• 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total) 
• Monday to Friday working - no evenings or saturday working!
