Customer Care Manager

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We have a great opportunity for a Customer Care Manager to join our client, a highly successful and established manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors to trade.

A newly created role where you will oversee the Customer Services and Processing departments and ensure that the customer relationships are strong, and that they get a fantastic customer experience.  

Customer Care Manager role:

• Manage and strategically lead the day to day operations of the Customer Service and Sales Order processing teams
• Directly managing and supported by 2 x team leaders you will oversee both departments
• With direct contact with Customers you will build good relationships, and resolve any escalated issues effectively as they arise
• A hands on role, you will also work hands on with the CS and SOP teams
• Implement effective methods and strategies to enhance performance, productivity & profitability
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between functions.
• Analyse data to create action plans & monitor KPIs

Skills & Experience

• SOP / Customer Service / Operations management experience within the window / door sector is highly desirable
• Experience of quotations and order processing using a window designer type programme is highly advantageous
• Excellent people, rapport building, communication and problem-solving skills are critical
• The successful candidate will be customer centric in approach, analytical, self motivated, process driven and have strong leadership skills
• Experience of working with ERPs and CRMs and have excellent computer skills.

Package:

The role is offered with a salary of £38-43k DOE

An office based role the hours of work are either 07.30-16.00 or 08.00-16.30 Mon-Fri
