Order Processor - windows & doors

My client are an dynamic and up and coming manufacturer and supplier of aluminium bi-fold doors and fenestration products to trade. They now have an opportunity for an experienced Order Processor to join their team! 

The Role:

• Responding to customer enquires, checking requirements and provding quotations
• Check and interpret order specifications, querying if required, and input orders into First Degree system 
• Liaise with internal teams and management teams and support with administration and customer service as required
• Providing high quality customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows & doors is essential 
• Experience of First degree or similar window designer style programmes 
• Proactive and able to manage own workload
• Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail to minimise errors 
• Good people, customer service and communication skills, written and verbal 

The Package:

• Salary is circa £27,500 depending on experience  
• Working hours are 08.00-16.30 Monday to Thursday, 15.00 finish on Fridays 
• 28 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
